Why write for the MELD Coworking blog?
The MELD Coworking blog is a central resource of information for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and people who love coworking -- both inside and outside of Austin. We would love to help grow your content portfolio by providing a platform for your work.
We will include a byline and author bio with your guest post, and in your author bio you can link back to your website and social media profiles. We will drive traffic to your post by promoting it in our MELD Coworking newsletter and social media channels.
Guest Post Guidelines
Please get to know our content first by reading some of our past blog posts. Most of our articles fall into these categories:
- Resources for freelancers and entrepreneurs (4 Unique Strategies to Promote Your Small Business, Tools: How to Entrepreneur)
- Information about coworking and the coworking industry (Work While You Travel, Five Ways that Coworking Increases Human Connection)
- Fun and creative personal stories about coworking (Why We Can’t Work From Home with Cats, Why Working From Home Is The Best)
Make sure your article is educational and provides value. We will reject any posts that are “sales pitches in disguise” -- we’re content writers too, and we can spot that from a mile away 😊
Keep your tone conversational and fun.
All of the content on our blog is original, so we will not accept pieces that have already been posted on your website or any other blog.
MELD Coworking will review each piece, and we might make minor editorial changes before posting your piece on our blog.
How to Submit
To submit your guest post for consideration, email it as a Word document to email@example.com and use subject line “Guest Posting”. Please include your author bio, website, and all relevant social media links.
If you have images (that you have the legal rights to use), include those in your email as well -- otherwise we will add our own.
We will email you within 1-2 weeks if your post is accepted for publication. Happy writing!
